We are looking for motivated and responsible candidates to join our Commercial / Planning Department.

Position: Officer / Executive – Commercial & Planning

Experience: 1–2 Years

Location: Karnaphuli EPZ, Chattogram

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate and coordinate with buyers and suppliers

• Prepare and maintain daily production reports

• Follow up production planning and delivery schedules

• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Commercial and other departments

• Prepare and maintain commercial and planning documents

• Monitor order status, shipment and delivery schedules

• Prepare daily/weekly reports using MS Excel

• Perform other duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Commercial / Planning

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Candidates with experience in the RMG / Manufacturing / EPZ sector will be preferred

• Handle escalated customer complaints, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales Teams to maximize seat sales and manage booking class control.
• Work closely with Airport teams and Sales offices to resolve booking issues, special service requests, and group bookings.
• Manage reservation operations during irregular situations (flight cancellations, schedule changes) by ensuring proper communication and re-accommodation support.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any reputed university.
